What you will experience
The route follows the upper Mondego valley across walkways, suspension bridges, riverside paths and rocky slopes. An extension to Caldeirão Dam is an option, not an automatic part of the walk.
Along the route
A mainly linear, descending route from Videmonte to Mizarela with moderate slopes. Tell us about support needs along the walk so logistics and any occasional transfers can be planned.

Water, a light meal, breathable layers, waterproof/windproof jacket, boots and hat.
